Mail In settings
Message Size Users cannot send messages larger than the maximum size. Larger messages are returned to the sender. Blind Carbon Copies (BCC) You can't select this checkbox until you click the Users & Groups button and drag the user or group (who will receive blind carbon copies) to the Mail In panel. A blind carbon copy is sent silently, without the sender knowing. You can automatically send a blind carbon copy of all incoming mail to any registered user or group. Forward mail addressed to unknown local users You can't select this checkbox until you click the Users & Groups button and drag the user or group (who will receive the forwarded mail) to the Mail In panel. If you do not forward misaddressed mail, it is returned to the sender. You can forward misaddressed mail to the Postmaster, or Mail Administrator account, of your server. Require Local "From" Addresses to exist in Users & Groups You can refuse incoming mail from addresses that are not in the local Users & Groups List. For example, if someone sends mail from traviswayne@yourdomain.com, and traviswayne is not in your Users & Groups List (or mail is disabled for the user), the mail server rejects the messages. This helps prevent your server from becoming a relay point for spam. Reject Mail if host does not exist in host list The host list, automatically created by the mail server, contains each domain that received mail from or sent mail to your mail server. You can reject mail to or from hosts not in the host list. You can also restrict mail to specific hosts. Rejected mail is returned to the sender. (Mail already delivered is not affected.) Note: If you reject mail from unknown hosts, new hosts are not added to the list when they attempt to send mail to your server. Related topic
